Non-Applicability of Regulation 32 of SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015 for the quarter ended 31.03.2026

Sarvottam Finvest Ltd has filed a compliance notification with BSE and Calcutta Stock Exchange stating that Regulation 32 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 is not applicable to the company for Q4 FY2025-26 (quarter ended March 31, 2026). The company clarified that it did not raise any funds through public issue, rights issue, preferential issue, or similar means during this period. As per Regulation 32, companies that raise capital through these methods must submit statements on fund utilization. Since no such capital was raised, this reporting requirement does not apply. The Audit Committee noted this at their meeting held on May 28, 2026.
