Surya Roshni Limited has informed BSE and NSE that the extract of its consolidated and standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 (Q1 FY26) was published in newspapers on August 14, 2025, as required under Regulation 30 read with Regulation 47 of the SEBI Listing Regulations. The Board had approved these results at its meeting held on August 13, 2025, and the advertisement appeared in Business Standard (English edition in New Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad) and Business Standard (Hindi edition in Chandigarh), with copies also available on the company's website. Per the embedded results table, standalone revenue from operations stood at approximately ₹1,604.52 crore in Q1 FY26, down from ₹1,893.19 crore in Q1 FY25, while standalone profit after tax fell to around ₹33.63 crore from ₹92.45 crore, with EPS of ₹1.55 versus ₹4.26. Consolidated figures were broadly similar, showing a meaningful year-on-year decline in both top line and bottom line.
The sharp year-on-year drop in both revenue and profit for Q1 FY26 is likely to be viewed negatively by investors in the near term and could put pressure on the stock. Shareholders should look at the detailed results filing and management commentary to understand the reasons behind the weaker performance before drawing longer-term conclusions.
