Suryaamba Spinning Mills has accepted the resignation of Ms. Kriti Ladha as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, effective from the close of business on June 30, 2026, citing personal reasons. The Board has appointed Ms. Suchita Dandekar (ICSI Membership No. A78288) as the new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer effective July 1, 2026. Ms. Dandekar is a Commerce Graduate and ICSI member with around 9 months of prior experience in secretarial and compliance work at SMS Limited. The Board also re-confirmed the list of Key Managerial Personnel authorised for determining materiality of events, which includes the Managing Director, Whole Time Director, the new Company Secretary, and the CFO.
