A clear turnaround quarter for this small-cap yarn maker — returning to profitability with revenue growth and expanding margins is positive for shareholders. The clean audit and positive operating cash flow support the recovery story, but thin cash balances and a debt-to-equity ratio near 0.5 warrant monitoring.
