The board of Suryalata Spinning Mills met on August 9, 2025 and approved unaudited financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025). Standalone revenue from operations rose to Rs 12,313 lakhs from Rs 11,438 lakhs a year ago, while standalone profit after tax jumped sharply to Rs 428 lakhs from just Rs 40 lakhs, pushing EPS to Rs 10.04 versus Rs 0.93. Consolidated results showed revenue of Rs 12,609 lakhs and PAT of Rs 584 lakhs, helped by wholly owned subsidiary Suntree Solar Energy Pvt Ltd. The 42nd AGM has been scheduled for September 27, 2025, with a record date of September 24, 2025 for the final dividend and book closure from September 20–27, 2025. The board also appointed M/s Prerna & Co., Practicing Company Secretaries, as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term (FY26–FY30), subject to shareholder approval. Statutory auditor K.S. Rao & Co. issued an unmodified limited review report on both standalone and consolidated results.
Strong quarter for shareholders — PAT roughly 10x year-ago levels and a healthy dividend on the cards — though revenue growth was modest at around 7–8% YoY. The new secretarial auditor appointment is routine and pending shareholder nod at the upcoming AGM.
