Appointment of Chief Financial Officer - Mr. Prabhu Kuppuswamy.

Suvidhaa Infoserve Limited has appointed Mr. Prabhu Kuppuswamy as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) effective May 08, 2026. The appointment was made by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Prabhu holds a post-graduate degree in Finance from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, and is a Certified CFO from IIM Kolkata. He brings over 20 years of experience in finance, treasury, controllership, financial planning and analysis, working capital management, and fund raising. He has previously worked with organizations including Asiaville Interactive, 20Cube Logistics, Maersk Shared Service Solutions, Accenture, and Genpact.
