Suvidhaa Infoserve reported a standalone loss of Rs 44.01 million for FY26 versus a loss of Rs 102.8 million in FY25, showing improved bottom line. However, revenue collapsed to Rs 7.45 million from Rs 118.2 million in the prior year. Consolidated loss was Rs 101 million (vs Rs 165.9 million loss in FY25) with revenue of Rs 35 million compared to Rs 106.2 million last year. Management wrote back Rs 5.52 million of trade payables after reviewing outstanding balances. The company remains in loss-making territory despite cutting expenses significantly. Cash and cash equivalents declined from Rs 89.8 million to Rs 19.3 million at consolidated level. Auditors issued an un-modified opinion on both standalone and consolidated results.
The dramatic revenue decline (down over 65%) while still posting losses raises concerns about business viability. Though losses have halved year-over-year, the shrinking topline and negative cash flow from operations at consolidated level (-Rs 41.4 million) signal continued financial stress for shareholders.
