Suvidhaa Infoserve reported weak Q1 FY26 results. Standalone revenue from operations fell sharply to Rs 3.8 million (vs Rs 42.8 million in Q4 FY25), with a reduced loss after tax of Rs 4.3 million. Consolidated revenue stood at Rs 10.2 million with a loss after tax of Rs 43 million. The Board noted the resignation of statutory auditor M/s. GS Mathur & Co. effective August 13, 2025, and appointed M/s. Jain Kedia and Sharma as the new statutory auditor to fill the casual vacancy, with a recommended 5-year term through FY 2029-30 subject to shareholder approval. M/s. Patel and Mehta was appointed as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26. The Q1 review report from the outgoing auditor carried an unmodified conclusion.
The mid-term exit of the statutory auditor warrants attention from shareholders, even though the incoming firm (Jain Kedia and Sharma) is a long-established practice. Operationally, the company continues to post losses though the standalone loss narrowed significantly from prior quarters.
