SEBI has passed an Adjudication Order on 27th June 2025 disposing off a show-cause notice (SCN) dated 9th November 2022 against Suzlon Energy and its key officials, including the Managing Director and former CFOs. The SCN related to alleged non-disclosures of certain transactions with domestic subsidiaries and a contingent liability during financial years 2013-14 to 2017-18.
