Reconstitution of Committees

SVA India Ltd's Board of Directors, at a meeting held on May 30, 2025, approved the reconstitution of three key board committees. The Audit Committee will be chaired by Sanjay Nandan Damani (Independent Director), with Ajay Devidas Puranik and Rakhi Abhinav Gupta as members. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee will be chaired by Ajay Devidas Puranik, with Sanjay Nandan Damani and Rakhi Abhinav Gupta as members. The Stakeholders' Relationship Committee will be chaired by Rakhi Abhinav Gupta, with Ajay Devidas Puranik and Sanjay Nandan Damani as members. All three committees retain the same set of directors, only their roles (chairperson/member) have been redistributed.
