Svam Software Ltd has submitted its mandatory quarterly compliance certificate confirming dematerialization of physical share certificates during Q4 FY2025-26 (January–March 2026). The RTA, Skylin Financial Services, processed demat requests from both NSDL (12 requests, 2,400 shares accepted out of 3,000) and CDSL (14 requests, 1,100 shares accepted out of 3,400). In total, 26 requests covering 6,400 shares were downloaded, 2,900 shares were rejected, and 3,500 shares were successfully dematerialized across 18 accepted requests. The company confirmed that all physical certificates were mutilated and cancelled within 15 days as required by SEBI regulations.
Routine regulatory filing with no direct impact on the stock. Ongoing dematerialization trend is positive for liquidity and reduces risk of physical certificate disputes.
