Svam Software held an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting on 14th July 2026 via video conferencing. Three special resolutions were put to vote through remote e-voting (11-13 July 2026, cut-off 7 July 2026). All three resolutions passed with overwhelming majority - 2,869,593 votes (99.99 percent) in favour and just 365 votes (0.01 percent) against. No invalid votes were recorded. Scrutinizer Jay Pandya and Associates confirmed the results, which were countersigned by Managing Director Harish Kumar Sharma.
