Appointment of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer

Svaraj Trading & Agencies Ltd has appointed Ms. Vandana Ramesh Joshi as the Company's new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective September 17, 2025. She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ACS 55495) and holds a Master of Commerce degree from Mumbai University. She brings over six years of post-membership experience in secretarial matters, with prior stints at FGP Limited, Prabhat Dairy Limited, and Forstar Frozen Foods. The appointment was made by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, as required under Section 203 of the Companies Act 2013 and SEBI LODR Regulation 6(1).
