56th AGM held; PAT up to Rs 417.57 lakh, all resolutions passed

Swadeshi Polytex held its 56th AGM on 9 July 2026 via video conferencing. PAT for FY26 rose to Rs 417.57 lakh from Rs 227.59 lakh in FY25, an increase of around 83 percent. Independent Director Mr Atul Seksaria chaired the meeting as the Chairman and Vice-Chairman were absent. Three ordinary resolutions covering adoption of audited financials and re-appointment of two directors were passed with requisite majority. Management flagged ongoing development of facility area plots for future real estate monetization.
