Swara Baby files DRHP with Sebi for Rs 1,000 crore IPO

Swara Baby has filed a DRHP with Sebi for a Rs 1,000 crore IPO comprising a fresh issue of up to Rs 500 crore and an OFS of up to Rs 500 crore. The OFS includes shares worth up to Rs 300 crore by promoter Brainbees Solutions Limited (FirstCry) and up to Rs 200 crore by Anadya Bon Merchari LLP, with net proceeds earmarked for a new Madhya Pradesh manufacturing facility (Rs 198.2 crore), debt repayment (Rs 100 crore), and subsidiary investments. India's largest contract manufacturer of disposable hygiene products with around 37% market share in baby diaper contract manufacturing in FY25, Swara Baby posted FY26 revenue of Rs 1,163.9 crore and PAT of Rs 95.58 crore.
