Swasti Vinayaka Synthetics reported FY2025-26 net profit of Rs. 305.02 lakhs, up 25.9% from Rs. 242.32 lakhs in the previous year. However, revenue from operations declined 16.5% to Rs. 3,202.76 lakhs from Rs. 3,838.06 lakhs. The profit increase was largely driven by a one-time gain of Rs. 154.32 lakhs from sale of land and building at Tarapur, Maharashtra. Operating cash flow turned positive at Rs. 507.35 lakhs compared to negative Rs. 118.84 lakhs in the prior year. EPS improved to Rs. 0.33 per share from Rs. 0.27. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified (clean) opinion with no going concern or other material concerns.
Revenue decline is a concern as core operations contracted, but the significant PAT growth and positive cash generation are positives. The one-time land sale inflated profits and investors should focus on underlying operational performance.
