Swasti Vinayaka Synthetics resubmitted audited FY26 results to BSE under the correct yearly filing category after an initial wrong submission. Revenue from operations fell 16.6 percent to Rs 3,202.76 lakh from Rs 3,838.06 lakh, yet net profit rose 21.9 percent to Rs 295.44 lakh from Rs 242.32 lakh. EPS stood at Rs 0.33 versus Rs 0.27. Q4 revenue dropped 35 percent to Rs 689.84 lakh, but PAT jumped to Rs 124.69 lakh from Rs 48.33 lakh. FY profit includes a Rs 154.32 lakh one-time gain on sale of Tarapur land and building. Operating cash flow improved to Rs 507.35 lakh from Rs 312.57 lakh. Auditor issued a clean unmodified opinion.
