Swastika Investmart Ltd submitted its Integrated Annual Report for FY 2025-26 to BSE and announced its 34th AGM will be held on June 25, 2026 via video conferencing. Consolidated revenue declined 22% year-on-year to ₹10,965.65 Lakhs, while consolidated profit after tax fell 34.49% to ₹1,303.06 Lakhs, mainly due to lower trading volumes and fewer IPO mandates in its merchant banking business. On a standalone basis, revenue dropped 19.6% to ₹10,872.31 Lakhs and PAT fell 34.32% to ₹1,453.39 Lakhs. The company still declared a 30% dividend (₹0.60 per share), marking 22 consecutive years of uninterrupted payouts. The wealth management vertical Avisa crossed ₹100 crore AUM in its first year, the client base grew to 4.54 lakh, and a new Category II AIF called Bharat Growth Fund with a ₹200 crore target was launched.
Lower profits reflect challenging capital market conditions rather than company-specific issues, while the unbroken 22-year dividend track record and growth in the wealth management AUM provide stability signals. The strategic shift from option trading to delivery-led investing may weigh on short-term revenues but is aimed at sustainable long-term growth.
