Switching Technologies Gunther Ltd reported a net loss of Rs. 211.05 lakhs for Q3 FY26 (Oct–Dec 2025), wider than the Rs. 174.68 lakhs loss in the previous quarter and slightly bigger than the Rs. 177.94 lakhs loss in Q3 FY25. Separately, promoter Gunther America Inc has signed an SPA to sell 37.63% stake (9.22 lakh shares) to BBU Enterprises, Touristas Horizons and Nikhil Pujari for Rs. 2.77 crores (Rs. 30/share), and the board has approved adding food processing as a new main business object, marking a sharp strategic shift away from its existing reed and proximity switch manufacturing.
Highly negative on fundamentals — the company is loss-making, net worth is fully eroded, and there is a going-concern overhang.
