The Board of Swojas Foods Ltd approved unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. Q3 revenue from operations came in at Rs. 3,323.64 lacs, down about 8% YoY from Rs. 3,607.39 lacs in the same quarter last year. Q3 net profit fell sharply to Rs. 35.84 lacs from Rs. 201.19 lacs a year ago (about 82% decline), with EPS at Rs. 0.12 vs Rs. 0.65 earlier. For the nine-month period, revenue more than doubled to Rs. 9,991.29 lacs (up from Rs. 4,390.28 lacs), but net profit dropped to Rs. 94.43 lacs from Rs. 232.10 lacs (about 59% lower). Reserves turned to nil from a negative Rs. 2,455.66 lacs at March 2025. The company also disclosed that 21 lakh warrants have been converted into equity out of the 4.84 crore warrants approved by BSE.
Weak Q3 profitability despite higher 9M turnover signals margin pressure and may dampen near-term stock sentiment. The conversion of warrants into equity does not currently impact diluted EPS as the exercise price is above market, but future dilution remains a risk if prices fall. The swing of reserves into positive territory is a positive balance-sheet development.
