Symbiox Investment & Trading Company Ltd has reported audited financial results for FY 2025-26 (year ended March 31, 2026). Total income increased to Rs. 276.79 lakh from Rs. 160.52 lakh in the previous year, representing a 72% year-on-year growth. Profit after tax rose to Rs. 19.19 lakh compared to Rs. 15.23 lakh in FY 2024-25, an increase of about 26%. EPS improved from Rs. 0.049 to Rs. 0.061 per share. The Q4 standalone revenue was Rs. 8.60 lakh, significantly lower than the corresponding quarter last year (Rs. 276.36 lakh), indicating a highly uneven revenue pattern across quarters. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified opinion with no qualifications. The Board also reappointed the Secretarial Auditor (Mr. Akhil Agarwal) and Internal Auditor (Shikha Singhal & Associates) for FY 2026-27.
The company showed improved annual profitability and revenue growth, which is positive for shareholders. However, the extremely low Q4 revenue raises concerns about revenue predictability and business stability. The clean audit report with no qualifications provides some comfort.
