Syncom Formulations (India) Limited has filed its Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) un-audited financial results, reviewed by Sanjay Mehta & Associates with no qualifications. Standalone revenue from operations grew about 34% year-on-year to Rs. 11,654.69 lakhs, up from Rs. 8,683.09 lakhs in Q1 FY25. Total income stood at Rs. 12,256.66 lakhs versus Rs. 8,814.40 lakhs a year ago. Standalone profit after tax jumped roughly 106% YoY to Rs. 1,572.93 lakhs (from Rs. 762.86 lakhs), lifting EPS to Rs. 0.21 from Rs. 0.11. The Pharmaceuticals segment remains the key revenue driver at Rs. 12,062.52 lakhs, with smaller contributions from commodity trading and property rental. Consolidated results include three wholly-owned subsidiaries: Sante Biotech, Synmex Pharma and Vincit Biotech International.
Strong double-digit YoY growth in both revenue and bottom-line profit reflects healthy momentum in the core pharma business. The sharp YoY PAT jump and improved operating margins are positive signals, though QoQ revenue dip versus Q4 FY25 reflects typical seasonality. Overall, the numbers are constructive for shareholders.
