Synergy Green Industries reported total income of Rs. 12,344.95 Lakhs for Q4 FY26 and Rs. 37,637.36 Lakhs for full year FY26, slightly up from Rs. 36,368.30 Lakhs in FY25. However, net profit after tax dropped significantly to Rs. 465.82 Lakhs in FY26 from Rs. 1,688.82 Lakhs in FY25, a decline of about 72%. The Board has not recommended any equity dividend for FY26 (down from Re. 1 per share in FY25), though preference dividend of Rs. 10 per preference share is recommended. An exceptional charge of Rs. 65.42 Lakhs (Rs. 56.55 Lakhs past service cost + Rs. 8.87 Lakhs leave liability) was recorded due to new Labour Codes implementation. The company also launched an ESOP plan with 22,980 options at Rs. 70 per share, with a trust holding 800 treasury shares.
Sharp decline in annual profitability and no equity dividend for FY26 signals weaker financial performance, which could negatively impact investor sentiment. The Labour Code-related exceptional charge further compressed earnings.
