Synergy Green Industries Limited published its audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2026. Total income from operations grew 26% year-on-year to Rs. 12,344.95 lakhs in Q4 and 3.5% to Rs. 37,637.35 lakhs for the full year. However, net profit after tax declined sharply to Rs. 31.20 lakhs in Q4 (from Rs. 766.64 lakhs) and Rs. 465.82 lakhs for FY26 (from Rs. 1,688.82 lakhs in FY25). EPS dropped to Rs. 0.26 per share from Rs. 2.53 previously. The board did not recommend any equity dividend for FY25-26 (versus Re. 1/- per share last year). An exceptional item of Rs. 65.42 lakhs was recorded due to new Labour Codes impact on employee benefits. The company also has an ESOP plan with 22,980 options granted at Rs. 70/- per share.
Revenue growth was offset by significant profit decline, likely due to higher costs. The absence of equity dividend and low EPS may concern shareholders. Investors should review the full financial statements for cost breakdown details.
