Syngene International published its audited consolidated financial results for Q4 and year ended March 31, 2026. Consolidated revenue for Q4 FY2026 was Rs 10,365 million, marginally up from Rs 10,180 million in Q4 FY2025. However, Q4 net profit after tax declined to Rs 1,479 million from Rs 1,833 million in the same period last year. For the full year FY2026, consolidated revenue stood at Rs 37,387 million with net profit of Rs 3,167 million. Basic EPS for FY2026 was Rs 7.87 (annualised). Total comprehensive income attributable to shareholders dropped significantly to Rs 1,207 million from Rs 2,387 million in the previous year. The statutory auditor gave an unqualified opinion, and the results were approved by the Board on April 29, 2026.
The Q4 profit decline despite stable revenue suggests margin pressure, which may concern investors. The full-year EPS of Rs 7.87 provides a baseline for valuation, but the sharp drop in comprehensive income warrants attention.
