Syngene International has published newspaper notices in Financial Express (English) and Vijayavani (Kannada) informing shareholders about its 32nd Annual General Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, July 23, 2025 at 3:30 PM IST, to be held via Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means. The Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.25 per equity share (face value Rs. 10) for FY 2024-25, with June 27, 2025 set as the record date.
