Syrma SGS Technology reported strong FY25 results with standalone revenue from operations rising to Rs. 2,277.75 crore (vs Rs. 1,833.29 crore in FY24) and standalone profit after tax jumping nearly 4x to Rs. 79.73 crore (vs Rs. 20.03 crore). Consolidated revenue grew to Rs. 3,786.69 crore with PAT of Rs. 184.45 crore (vs Rs. 124.34 crore). The board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.5 per share (15%), subject to shareholder approval. It also approved plans to raise up to Rs. 1,000 crore via Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) or other permitted modes, and cleared the formation of two wholly-owned subsidiaries for electronics manufacturing including PCBs and interface cards. Statutory auditors Walker Chandiok & Co LLP issued an unmodified opinion. Additionally, M/s Protiviti India was appointed as Internal Auditor, M/s Pragnya Pradhan & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for 5 years (FY26–FY30), and M/s Umesh Sagta & Associates as Cost Auditor for FY26.
Sharp jump in FY25 profits, healthy dividend, and plans to raise up to Rs. 1,000 crore signal growth ambitions, though a QIP can lead to equity dilution for existing shareholders. New subsidiary formation points to capacity expansion in the EMS business.
