Systematix Corporate Services Limited has published its audited Q4 and FY25 financial results (period ended March 31, 2025) in Free Press Journal, Choutha Sansar and Business Standard, as required under SEBI LODR Regulation 47(1)(b). On a consolidated basis, FY25 revenue was nearly flat at Rs. 139.39 crore versus Rs. 139.65 crore in FY24, while net profit after tax rose about 8% to Rs. 23.61 crore from Rs. 21.89 crore. Q4 FY25 was weak on a consolidated view, with revenue down ~44% YoY to Rs. 29.62 crore and Q4 PAT dropping ~89% to Rs. 2.03 crore. Standalone FY25 revenue grew ~22% to Rs. 68.20 crore with standalone PAT up ~34% to Rs. 15.53 crore. The filing also reminds that a 1:10 stock split took effect on November 5, 2024, and 67.35 lakh equity shares were allotted on a preferential basis at Rs. 153.10 per share on November 14, 2024.
Full-year profitability improved modestly despite flat top-line, but the sharp YoY decline in Q4 consolidated earnings is a yellow flag and may prompt short-term volatility. The completed stock split and fresh capital from the preferential allotment should improve share liquidity and broaden the investor base going forward.
