The AGM is scheduled to be held on 23rd September 2025 through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). Shareholders can cast their votes via remote e-voting, which will begin on Saturday, 20th September 2025 at 9:00 AM and close on Monday, 22nd September 2025 at 5:00 PM. The intimation has been made in compliance with Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Investors who wish to be eligible to vote at the 35th AGM or participate in the remote e-voting must ensure their shares are registered in their name by 16th September 2025. The stock may see very limited trading interest during the book closure period as share transfers will not be processed.
