T T Limited announced audited results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025. Full-year revenue from operations rose to Rs 21,443.15 lakhs from Rs 21,102.89 lakhs, but the company reported a net profit of Rs 409.91 lakhs (down from Rs 463.19 lakhs a year ago), as the operating business posted a Rs 695.35 lakh loss before exceptional items. A one-time gain of Rs 1,704.25 lakhs from the sale of the Gajraula unit kept the bottom line positive. The board recommended a 5% dividend (Rs 0.05 per share of Re 1 face value). It also appointed DMK Associates as secretarial auditor for five years and R S Modi & Co as internal auditor for FY26. Company Secretary and Compliance Officer Pankaj Mishra resigned effective May 24, 2025, citing personal reasons. Statutory auditor Doogar & Associates issued an unmodified opinion.
Shareholders get a small dividend despite weak Q4 results, with profitability propped up by the Gajraula unit divestment. The KMP resignation at the company secretary level is a routine event but creates a near-term compliance gap that the board will need to fill before the September 24 AGM.
