Tahmar Enterprises launches renewable energy platform TAX-RE

Tahmar Enterprises has launched the Tahmar Energy Platform (TAX-RE), entering the renewable energy sector as a new business division. The platform uses cooperative solar societies in Maharashtra where enrolled members own identified solar capacity in offsite solar farms and offset generation against their electricity use. The first solar farm is targeted for completion by Q4 2026, with further capacity added in phases. Axel Renewables Corp LLP has been engaged as a service provider on arm's-length terms. Investment is not expected to be material and financial impact is not yet determinable.
