Talbros Automotive Components reported FY26 total income of ₹889 crores (up 5% YoY) with EBITDA of ₹155 crores (17.5% margin) and PAT of ₹104 crores (up 10% YoY). The company secured over ₹1,000 crores in new orders including significant export wins from European OEMs and EV-related orders worth ₹100 crores. The order book includes ₹700 crores in exports and will be executed over 5 years starting FY27. A new CEO, Mr. Ashish Gupta (35 years experience), was appointed. The company also entered a new JV (Lohum Talbros Carbon) for recovered carbon black and devulcanized rubber with equity funding of ₹20 crores. Capex of ₹103 crores planned for FY27.
Strong order pipeline of ₹1,000+ crores provides multi-year revenue visibility. EBITDA margin expansion of 50 bps YoY and low debt-to-equity of 0.10x indicate healthy financials. Entry into EV components and new European customer wins position the company for growth.
