Tamilnad Mercantile Bank reported strong Q4 FY2026 results with total business reaching ₹1,15,091 crore. Deposits grew 14.94% YoY to ₹61,712 crore (highest in 39 quarters) and advances grew 20.32% YoY to ₹53,379 crore (highest in 40 quarters). Net profit for Q4 was ₹373.65 crore (up 28.01% YoY) and FY2026 net profit was ₹1,337.55 crore (up 13.10% YoY). The bank achieved its lowest ever GNPA of 0.73% and NNPA of 0.18%, with PCR at 74.89%. NIM improved to 4.18%. The bank expanded by opening 44 new branches and recommended a 125% dividend for FY2026. Share price rose over 50% in the past 12 months and market cap crossed ₹10,600 crore.
