TANFAC Industries has signed a domestic contract with Krishna Organics (Vadodara) to supply High Purity Diluted Hydrofluoric Acid. The contract is valued at an estimated Rs. 336 Crores (exclusive of GST) and runs for 3.5 years, extending up to FY 2028-29. This works out to roughly Rs. 96 Crores per year in additional revenue. The deal is in the normal course of business, involves no related-party transactions, and the promoters have no interest in the awarding entity. TANFAC is a joint sector company between TIDCO and Anupam Rasayan India Ltd, manufacturing fluorine-based chemicals from its facility in Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu.
This is a sizeable multi-year supply contract that provides strong revenue visibility for TANFAC over the next 3.5 years and reinforces demand for its core hydrofluoric acid product. For shareholders, it signals order book strength and could be a positive catalyst for the stock, though execution and pricing terms remain key watchpoints.
