TANFAC Industries has signed a contract worth an estimated Rs. 732 Crores (excluding GST) with Kredence Electronics Materials India Pvt. Ltd., Vadodara, to supply Solar Grade Diluted Hydrofluoric Acid. The contract spans about 3.5 years, covering up to financial year 2028-29. The order is domestic, has been secured in the normal course of business, and does not require any additional capital expenditure to execute. It is not a related-party transaction, and the promoters have no interest in the awarding entity. TANFAC is a joint sector company between TIDCO and Anupam Rasayan India Ltd., and supplies fluorochemicals used in solar, electronics, and other industrial applications.
This is a sizeable, multi-year order that provides strong revenue visibility for TANFAC through FY29 without straining its balance sheet, since no fresh capex is needed. For shareholders, this is a positive development — it locks in a domestic solar-sector customer and could boost earnings if executed at healthy margins, though actual financial impact will depend on yearly execution.
