TANFAC Industries reported Q1 FY27 revenue of Rs 187.2 cr, up 6.3% YoY but down 3.1% QoQ due to West Asia geopolitical disruptions. Operating EBITDA stood at Rs 28.6 cr with a 15.3 percent margin. PAT was Rs 16.8 cr versus Rs 19.4 cr YoY, hit by higher sulphur costs and deferred tax. Company completed a Rs 250 cr QIP and announced a Rs 100 cr preferential issue from promoter Anupam Rasayan, making it net debt-free. Proceeds will fund the 20,000 MTPA HFC-32 refrigerant project worth about Rs 390 cr, targeted for commissioning by end of Q3 FY27.
