TARC Limited reported consolidated revenue of Rs 79,932.55 lakhs for FY26, down from Rs 1,56,670.84 lakhs in FY25, representing approximately 49% revenue decline. The company returned to profitability with net profit of Rs 1,903.09 lakhs in FY26 compared to a net loss of Rs 23,128.85 lakhs in FY25. Operating cash flow remained negative at Rs 19,072.57 lakhs. For Q4 FY26 alone, revenue was Rs 24,469.44 lakhs with net profit of Rs 161.08 lakhs. The statutory auditors issued an unmodified opinion on the financial statements. The board also approved re-appointment of internal and cost auditors for FY27.
While the company achieved a turnaround from massive losses to profitability, the significant revenue decline and negative operating cash flow are concerning. The stock may see mixed reaction as profitability improvement is offset by operational challenges and reduced scale of operations.
