TCS has announced a global strategic partnership with Rezolve Ai (NASDAQ: RZLV), an AI-native commerce infrastructure provider, marking TCS' entry into the agentic AI commerce market. Under the partnership, TCS will leverage Rezolve Ai's proprietary 'brainpowa' intelligent commerce platform to help global retailers embed AI into core commerce workflows including conversational commerce, intelligent discovery, and agentic checkout. The collaboration combines TCS' global delivery network, enterprise relationships, and go-to-market capabilities with Rezolve Ai's specialized AI-powered commerce technology. Retailers will be able to experience these solutions at TCS' Pace Port innovation centers worldwide. TCS generated consolidated revenues of over US$30 billion in fiscal year ended March 31, 2026.
