Tata Elxsi's Board of Directors has allotted 142 equity shares to eligible employees who exercised their performance stock options under the Tata Elxsi Performance Stock Option Plan 2023. As a result, the company's paid-up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 62,28,46,960, comprising 6,22,84,696 equity shares of Rs. 10 each, up from 6,22,84,554 shares. This is a routine ESOP allotment with a very small increase in share count.
