Tata Investment Corporation reported strong full-year results for FY26 ending March 31, 2026. Standalone net profit after tax rose to Rs. 350.16 crore, up 24% from Rs. 282.52 crore in FY25. Consolidated net profit after tax grew even faster to Rs. 433.68 crore, up 39% from Rs. 312.09 crore in FY25. Quarterly Q4 standalone net profit jumped to Rs. 52.08 crore from Rs. 35.20 crore in Q4 FY25. The board has recommended a dividend of Rs. 3.40 per equity share (340% on Re. 1 face value). Total equity per share stands at Rs. 569.90, with total equity of Rs. 28,834.49 crore. Results were published in Free Press Journal, Navshakti, Business Standard, and The Mint as per SEBI listing regulations.
The company delivered robust profit growth of around 24-39% year-on-year with a healthy dividend payout, indicating strong financial health and shareholder returns. The near-doubling of Q4 standalone profit is particularly positive.
