Tata Investment Corporation has submitted copies of newspaper advertisements of its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025), published in Free Press Journal, Navshakti, Business Standard and Mint, as required under SEBI LODR rules. On a standalone basis, total income rose to Rs 171.17 crore from Rs 141.68 crore year-on-year, while net profit after tax jumped to Rs 139.22 crore from Rs 112.76 crore (up about 23.5%). Standalone basic EPS came in at Rs 27.52 versus Rs 22.29 in Q1 FY25. Consolidated PAT grew to Rs 146.30 crore from Rs 131.07 crore, with consolidated EPS of Rs 28.92. Total equity (post-tax) stood at Rs 34,560.14 crore (Rs 6,831 per share) as on June 30, 2025, up from Rs 30,789.77 crore in March 2025, largely driven by mark-to-market gains on its investment portfolio. Chairman Noel N. Tata signed off on the results dated August 4, 2025.
Strong year-on-year earnings growth and a sharp rise in book value reflect healthy investment gains; positive read-through for shareholders, though results are largely a function of portfolio valuations and may not be recurring.
