Tata Power released its Q4 FY26 and full year FY26 results presentation showing strong operational performance. Consolidated revenue was ₹63,681 Cr (down 1.3% YoY due to Mundra plant suspension), but EBITDA grew 11.2% to ₹16,090 Cr and PAT increased 10.1% to ₹5,118 Cr. The company commissioned 1.3 GW of renewable projects in Q4, crossing 10 GW cumulative EPC milestone. Total installed capacity stands at ~26.3 GW with clean and green energy at 46% currently, targeting 70% by 2030 and Net Zero by 2045. Manufacturing facilities produced 964 MW cells and 915 MW modules with industry-leading >95% yield. Odisha DISCOMs AT&C losses reduced to 15.5% vs 17.5% YoY, with TPNODL achieving single-digit losses. Net Debt increased to ₹56,122 Cr driven by higher capex and working capital requirements, with Net Debt/EBITDA at 3.34.
Strong bottom-line growth and improving operational efficiency across distribution and manufacturing segments. Rising debt levels due to capex investment need monitoring, though credit ratings were upgraded to AA+ by multiple agencies.
