Tata Power reported strong Q4FY25 results with Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹1,306 crore, up 25% year-on-year, on revenue of ₹17,238 crore (up 7%). For the full financial year FY25, the company posted its highest-ever revenue of ₹64,502 crore (up 5% YoY) and PAT before exceptional items of ₹5,197 crore (up 26%), crossing the ₹5,000 crore milestone for the first time. EBITDA for FY25 grew 14% to ₹14,468 crore. All core businesses contributed — the T&D business PAT grew 50% in Q4, Odisha Discoms surged 207%, and renewables grew 62%. The company also secured over 2.5 GW of new renewable capacity in FY25 and signed multiple large MoUs for future clean energy projects.
