Tata Power will announce its Q1 FY27 results on July 27, 2026, with the trading window closed since June 24. In Q4 FY26, consolidated net profit fell 4% YoY to Rs 996 crore while revenue declined 13% to Rs 14,900 crore, though EBITDA rose 10% to Rs 4,216 crore. For FY26, the company posted its highest-ever annual PAT of Rs 5,118 crore, up 7% YoY. Motilal Oswal reiterated a Buy rating with a target of Rs 488, citing an expected about 34% PAT growth in FY27 and a new nuclear power opportunity with NPCIL.
