Tata Steel has published newspaper advertisements of its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, in compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations. Standalone Q4 revenue stood at ₹38,447.96 crore with net profit after tax of ₹4,659.74 crore, compared to ₹34,398.84 crore and ₹3,169.19 crore respectively in Q4 FY25. Full-year standalone revenue was ₹1,39,720.22 crore and net profit after tax was ₹16,065.13 crore, up from ₹1,32,516.66 crore and ₹13,969.70 crore in FY25. Consolidated Q4 revenue was ₹63,270.13 crore with net profit after tax of ₹2,965.00 crore versus ₹56,218.11 crore and ₹1,200.88 crore in the prior year quarter. Full-year consolidated revenue was ₹2,32,139.94 crore and net profit after tax was ₹10,885.82 crore, nearly 3.4x the ₹3,173.78 crore profit in FY25. Basic EPS on consolidated basis for the year was ₹8.65 per share. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board on May 15, 2026.
Tata Steel reported strong year-on-year profit growth across both standalone and consolidated figures, with full-year consolidated net profit nearly tripling versus the prior year. The positive momentum in Q4 and full-year results suggests improved operational performance and likely a positive signal for the stock.
