Tata Technologies AGM 2026: All resolutions passed, special dividend declared

Tata Technologies held its 32nd AGM on June 26, 2026 via video conferencing. All 7 resolutions passed, including adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY26, declaration of a final dividend including a one-time special dividend, re-appointment of Mr. Shailesh Chandra as director (98.20 percent in favor), and approval of material related party transactions with Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles, Tata Motors Limited, and Tata Technologies Europe with Jaguar Land Rover. Cut-off date shareholder count was 12,71,367.
