Tata Technologies reported strong Q4 FY26 results with total operating revenue of ₹15,722 million, up 15.1% QoQ and 22.3% YoY. Operating EBITDA came in at ₹2,521 million with margin expansion of 190 basis points QoQ to 16.0%, marking a clear inflection point for the business. Net Income rose 20.3% QoQ to ₹1,625 million. The company secured multiple strategic wins including a European luxury OEM PLM transformation mandate, a multi-year full vehicle engineering program with a Japanese OEM, and a Global Engineering Centre engagement with a Tier 1 supplier. For FY26 full year, revenue grew 6.5% to ₹55,056 million though net income declined 6.5% YoY to ₹6,332 million due to earlier margin pressures. The CEO stated confidence in FY27 expecting double-digit organic growth with sustainable margin expansion.
Strong Q4 performance with margin inflection and multiple enterprise wins signals improving fundamentals. The 190bps margin expansion in a single quarter and broad-based growth are positive signals for shareholders heading into FY27.
