Tata Technologies has shared its investor presentation for analyst and institutional investor meetings on February 26–27, 2026. The deck argues that the global automotive ER&D market is turning again, with global spending of around US$1.5 trillion seen growing at 8–9% CAGR through 2030. Margins came under pressure recently due to volume softness and a one-off cybersecurity event, but management has committed to a ~16.0% exit EBITDA margin in Q4 FY26, supported by four levers: utilization recovery, a higher share of software/AI work, full-vehicle program leverage, and internal AI tools cutting delivery cost. The company added marquee clients BMW and Volkswagen (through the €75 million ES-Tec acquisition in Germany), grew non-auto revenue from 14.6% to 19.9% of services, and is targeting around 10% sequential revenue growth in Q4 FY26. Aerospace revenues have grown 8x in four years, and management highlighted multi-year structural tailwinds from Tata Group moves across JLR, Agratas, Air India, Tata Power, Tata Steel, and the Tata Motors–IVECO combination.
Positive for shareholders: management is giving a concrete near-term margin recovery target and outlining clear growth levers, while demonstrating resilience through new global OEM wins, portfolio diversification, and group-level opportunities. The visible Q4 FY26 margin and revenue guidance should support sentiment in the stock, though delivery on the 16% margin and growth targets remains key.
