For Q1 FY26 (ended June 30, 2025), revenue from operations stood at Rs 30.76 lakhs, up about 12% from Rs 27.41 lakhs in the same quarter last year, but down from Rs 38.16 lakhs in the previous quarter (Q4 FY25). Standalone net profit was Rs 18.09 lakhs, a strong ~35% jump from Rs 13.40 lakhs in Q1 FY25, helped by lower other expenses relative to income. Consolidated net profit was slightly higher at Rs 19.31 lakhs, with total comprehensive income of Rs 37.02 lakhs driven mainly by revaluation gains on investments booked under Other Comprehensive Income. Total expenses remained modest at around Rs 15-17 lakhs, and EPS stood at Rs 0.01. No interim dividend was declared, and the auditor (Darpan & Associates) issued an unqualified limited review report, noting that six subsidiaries were not separately reviewed but their impact is not material to the group.
The strong YoY profit growth is a positive signal for shareholders, though the very small absolute scale of the business means limited material impact. The QoQ decline is typical of a Q4-to-Q1 transition and not a worrying trend by itself.
