Tatva Chintan Pharma Chem's board approved its Q1 FY26 (quarter ended 30 June 2025) unaudited financial results on 24 July 2025. Consolidated revenue rose to about ₹1,180 million from ₹1,066 million a year earlier, while profit after tax jumped sharply to ₹66.5 million from ₹10.3 million, with EPS of ₹2.84 versus ₹0.44. The board also re-appointed Managing Director Chintan Shah and two Whole-time Directors for one-year terms starting February 2026, and gave second five-year terms to three Independent Directors. Separately, CFO and Key Managerial Personnel Ashok Bothra resigned, with his last working day set as 30 August 2025.
The Q1 numbers show a strong rebound in profitability, which is positive for shareholders, though the CFO exit adds leadership uncertainty. Director continuity is preserved as all senior executives and independent directors are being re-appointed, which should support stability pending shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
